Fair Trade CoffeeLiqueur, obtained with slow cold infusion of Caffè El Bosque, hand-roasted at low temperatures, air-cooled and fresh ground in order to enhance the rich aromaticity. Filtered with unbleased raw cotton canvas. It does not contain dyes or chemical additives. Cultivated in the shade at an altitude of 1500 meters on volcanic land, harvested and selected by hand by the members of the Nueva Esperanza del Bosque cooperative in Guatemala.

The Shadilly cooperative imports raw, conventional and organic coffee from Guatemala, Uganda and Haiti. Its main objectives are: - to guarantee a fair price and a decent income for small producers; accompany producers towards an improvement in quality and a rapprochement with formal organic certification; to raise consumer awareness and to make them part of the attempt to change from the unfair current trade rules.

Shadilly with its work, commitment and passion wants to make its contribution to the development of a new way of conceiving the economy and well-being by favoring the meeting between conscious consumers and small ethical producers in the countries of the South of the world, who must be guaranteed a decent income, organizing commercial relationships not focused on profit,but on respect, sustainability and ethics.
