Anchovy fillets in organic extra virgin olive oil 200gr
Our anchovies in extra virgin olive oil are processed only by artisan methods. Before being canned and covered with excellent oil, they are thoroughly washed, unbleased and cleaned. They maintain their brilliance of blue fish as, once caught and selected, they are immediately processed. First the anchovies are stored in brine for 12 hours then they are drained, arranged in layers and put under weights to eliminate brine and excess fat. Once ripe, they are processed by hand leaving only the fleshy part (fillet) and put in extra virgin olive oil in glass pots.
