100% arabica monorigine high-sea coffee produced by the Cooperativa Integral Agricola Nueva Esperanza del Bosque. Cultivated on the slopes of the mountain at 1500-1600 mslm in the Aldea El Bosque area of Guatemala, it is collected with the picking technique (hand harvested with several steps), processed through the "washed" method, and imported by the Shadhilly Cooperative, in accordance with fair trade criteria. Hand-toasted respecting cooking times and temperatures, times and cooling modes, to best preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the more than 600 natural components of a coffee bean. The triple layer PET sachet ensures the correct preservation of coffee and is recyclable as plastic.

The Shadilly cooperative imports raw, conventional and organic coffee from Guatemala, Uganda and Haiti. Its main objectives are: - to guarantee a fair price and a decent income for small producers; accompany producers towards an improvement in quality and a rapprochement with formal organic certification; to raise consumer awareness and to make them part of the attempt to change from the unfair current trade rules.
